With Cellar Door Preserves
We'll use seasonal produce to create tasty lower sugar preserves.
Light snacks will be provided, feel free to BYOB.
All materials will be provided and each participant will leave with a jar of preserves, a lovely "How to Can" booklet, and the knowledge of how to confidently can fruit spreads.
Please bring a kitchen towel so you can easily carry your hot jar at the end of the class.
