Jennifer Stewart-Dodgson R.Y.T.

Jennifer is a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, affiliated with Yoga Alliance. She studied yoga philosophy, history, alignment, pranayama, meditation, and subtle body anatomy under Behnje Masson and Rick Powell at From The Heart Yoga Studio & Tai Chi Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. A life-long student, Jennifer expanded her practice in 2016, receiving her certification in kids and family yoga from the internationally renowned Rainbow Yoga program. Looking to combine her unbridled affection for 'the road with her passion for yoga, she opened a traveling company, The Feral Yogi, under which she teaches an array of settings, ranging from private events and workshops to spacious outdoor venues. Jennifer's contagious energy and zest flow into her work, making her classes as fun as they are expansive. She maintains that "yoga isn't for the flexible, it's for the willing", so whether you're a complete novice or consider yourself a life-long yogi, your mat has found its home.

Karolina Maria

It has been a long and rewarding journey for Karolina to become a yoga instructor. Karolina is a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, she studied the philosophy and history of yoga, the energetic balance of yoga, pranayama, meditation, chakras, anatomy, and of course the physical practice of yoga (asana) through Megan Rader Yoga in Grand Rapids. Karolina began her adventure to yoga at an early age, but started as a serious practitioner in Fort Collins, Colorado through Bikram yoga. Yoga is one of the most important things that has remained consistent in Karolina life’s, as she moved from Colorado back home to Grand Rapids, Michigan, she always knew she could return to her mat for that old familiar feeling. She is excited to share her passion for the physical and spiritual practice of yoga with her students at Lions and Rabbits. In her classes, you can expect a steady, challenging flow set to good music and complimented by hands- on assists. You need not be “bendy” or a yogi to enjoy her classes, just come with an open mind and heart, and see what your practice has in store for you.
